【Compatible Systems】This Heagstat H701 thermostat is designed for conventional single-stage heating systems, including gas, oil, or electric furnaces, and can handle both heating and cooling. It is suitable for systems with one heating and one cooling unit. It does not support multistage heating and cooling or HVAC central air conditioner heat pump systems.

【Incompatible Systems】This product is not compatible with multistage heat and cool systems, 3-wire hydronic (hot water) systems, HVAC central air conditioner heat pump systems (with or without auxiliary heating), dual fuel/hybrid multistage heating, mini split systems, RV thermostats, convectors, radiant ceiling heat, and electric baseboard heat (120-240 volts).
